We are currently based in Arizona, California, Texas and Nevada and continue to grow around the US! TFA is extremely knowledgeable about the regional employment market, working with leading firms throughout the United Sates and heavily saturated in the West Coast.

We’ve built a reputation for being unique and creative, continuously creating new and elaborate ways to locate and contact potential candidates. We stay connected with our candidates through the interview process and provide support to them even after they have been hired.

Our Culture

We have an amazing team dynamic that allows for collaboration and open communication across all departments. Our management team is always accessible to absolutely anyone in the organization for a call on anything. Whatever our people need, we’re there for them!

We bring all our team members together two to three times per year for a week of in-person collaboration and professional development.

Once a year TFA hosts a week-long, agency retreat at a beachside paradise: paid round trip flights and transportation, a personal chef, mid-day get-togethers for team development, and evening nights for exploration and relaxation.
