Seeking an Admin with experience in the construction industry.

Looking for a Construction Admin to process orders for a construction manufacturing company.

Essential Duties:

  • Track order from start to finish
  • Gather and processes paperwork from field supervisors
  • Review order for discrepancies
  • Monthly building and pricing error reports

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED, some college courses beyond high school preferred
  • 3 to 5 years experience in a Field Service environment
  • 3 to 5 years experience in the construction industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
