Looking for a high energy individual that can pivot in all different directions while still producing quality candidates for our AMAZING Clients! We can get up to 30 jobs per week and always on the go. This position can pay $100k in the first year without a doubt.
Must have either Sourcing or Recruiting experience – minimum 1 year!
Experience needed in Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential candidates
- Utilize a variety of job boards and Boolean searches
- Accurately maintain candidate files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience recruiting a MUST
- A drive, great work ethic and ability to go with the flow
- Ability to build rapport with all candidates and keeping up with candidates you place and even the ones you don’t!
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
